In order to establish and fulfil our contractual relations with yourselves, we are in possession of personal and tax data acquired both verbally and in writing, directly and through third parties, in relation to yourselves; such data is by law classified as “personal”.

With reference to this data, we would like to inform you that:

data is processed in relation to the contractual needs and consequent compliance with legal and contractual obligations deriving therefrom and to achieve an efficient management of commercial relations; data will be processed in written form and/or on magnetic, electronic or telematic supports.

Data shall be processed throughout the duration of current contractual relations, or subsequently in order to comply with all legal obligations or for future commercial purposes.
In relation to the data, you may exercise the rights established by Art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 in accordance with the terms and conditions established by Articles 8, 9 and 10 of said Italian Legislative Decree.

The optional, express and wilful sending of electronic mail to the addresses mentioned on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to answer the requests, as well as of any other personal data included in the mail.

Optional Nature of Data Provision

Processing Method

RIGHTS OF THE CONCERNED PARTIES

The parties, whom the personal data refer to, have the right at any time to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of such data and to know their contents and origin, to verify their correctness or to request their integration or update, or their amendment (art. 7 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

Pursuant to such article, the user has the right to request the deletion, the transformation in anonymous format or the block of the data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose anyway, for legitimate reasons, processing.

Such requests shall be addressed to the Data Controller as mentioned above.

E-mails Sent

The contents of each e-mail and of any annexes thereto are strictly confidential and destined to the person(s) to which it is addressed.

If you have received by mistake an e-mail, we ask you to please inform us immediately and to delete it from your computer. It is forbidden to copy and to disclose the content of the e-mails. Each unauthorized use of the information contained therein by third parties or by parties anyway not mentioned in the e-mail, may be pursued under the law. This statement is made pursuant to art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 dd. 30/06/2003 and with reference to the processing of personal data. The data about the e-mail address of the user have been processed for the sending of advertising materials; such data shall not be disclosed to third parties and shall always be processed in compliance with the privacy and security regulations provided by the Law.
